THE ROOMS - Serviced Apartments Tirana

Tentative and helpful staff beyond exceptional excellence

No recommendations of where to eat or visit

The location was excellent, near the Lake for it’s bars and cafe’s, but also only a 15-20 min walk to the centre of Tirana, with lots of great places to eat and drink at on route. The use of technology was (i.e. Alexa to control lights and blinds was different but fun. The apartment had easy access to to the 3rd floor via a lift, and although it could be considered basic it certainly didn’t feel like it was.

Any interaction via the WhatsApp chat was to an AI, and although it responded well there was one issue which didn’t get addressed fully, but this was a minor problem and so was of no real impact.

The room and location of the apartment was excellent and so are the staff. Anything I needed they were immediately available to help. I will definitely return in the future.

Easy access to the building The apartment is big and spacious, lots of cabinets The mattresses were very comfortable, and the shower and kitchen is very clean. We had everything we needed-towels, cups toilet paper The host is very nice and available to any question.

The soap in the shower smelled like dishes soap so we had to buy one. The living room sofa and couch were stained , Some of the furnitures need replacing or maintenance, so is the floor and in general the apartment is not as luxurious and new as in the pictures which is disappointing when you step in.
