[b] Gunpowder, volatile substances, oil, or other flammable things [c] Things that emit foul odors [d] Large-looking or very heavy things [e] Firearms, bullets, swords, drugs, stimulants, etc. or any other illegal substance or object 5. Store cash and valuables in the apartment at your own risk; we cannot take any responsibility for them, even in the event of loss of theft. 6. The apartment cannot be used as an office or sales office. 7. If you lose or damage your room key, you will be charged accordingly: [a] 20,000YEN for lost keys (I will have to change the locks!) [b] 5,000YEN for damaged keys 8.
