The view. One pays for that view. Breathtaking.

Things broken or half-broken. The dinner table, the shower head holder, the shower itself leaks onto the floor, the under-the-sink cabinet has see better days... Also no toaster, no salt, no sugar, no oil... The basics to be able to use a kitchen.

Very easy check in. Our room was on the top floor, so 3 flights of stars to the room. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony. Chairs and a table for watching the sunrise/sunset. Kitchen and dining area were of good size, and has a mini fridge. No microwave or freezer, but an oven to wam things in. Bedroom area was ample for putting out suitcases and bags. Bathroom was large enough for both of us at one time. Short walk down the hill to the waterfront. a few bars and restaurants with great service close by. There is a grocery store 1 block away for groceries and other needs.

As we were there in the off season, the cafe is NOT open, so breakfast is on your own. There were a couple of maintenence items we brought to the hosts attention that had been overlooked by housekeeping. The location is great if you have a car, otherwise it is a taxi into Kotor or any other location for the tourist items.

The staff

Not spotless clean

Location, cleanliness, staff

No toaster, no microwave and the stove was barely heating so we couldn’t make any food, even something simple like hot toast … There was only electric kettle in the kitchen 😂
