Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the dinner was outstanding.

Lots of stairs, not as upscale as the previous Ryokan we had stayed at. Also sad that my daughter could not use the public hot spring baths because she had tattoos.

Good onsen . Excellent service. Delicious meal. Big and clean room.

Onsen water not hot enough. Sashimi portion very thin and little. No elevator.

Not much. Just a minor gripe that I needed to leave the Ryokan at 8am and the accoms shuttle was only at 10 to 11am. Staff were not too flexible about this schedule and refused to accommodate this earlier time But I understand that perhaps there were operation or staff limitations. They did assist to call me a cab instead. So just a mild inconvenience nothing major. Thanks for doing your best to assist regardless.

The massionate is not suitable for seniors. The stairs are steep and the toilet is downstairs. Impossible for seniors to use the toilet at night. The manager is not helpful. Insisted on extra charge to lay out futons on the main floor so we do have to climb the steep stairs to sleep. Will not recommend this Ryokan.

The breakfast is not up to par for this category of Ryokan
