The staff is very helpful and responding very fast. The location is convenient, there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants in the neighborhood and easy to go to the station or main shopping street. The room is spacious enough to provide ample room for all family members to move around. The facilities are also complete.

1. There was an occasional odor coming from the bathroom pipes. 2. Unfortunately, the coffee was out of order during our stay. 3. The blankets were a bit thin; since we stayed in winter, the elderly needed two blankets to be warm at night; the headcloths were also a little thin.
