Our suite was very large, 2 full bathrooms, and a large terrace overlooking the stream. Breakfast was delicious and generous. If you are a wine lover, the town and the hotel are excellent. The tour of the medieval wine cellars was exceptional.

We liked the lounge area and the unique atmosphere,
Having no staff on the property was disconcerting. The security was good, but the thought of an emergency with no one at the facility to help was a concern.

Location, Room Sizes and Facilities. Breakfast was good. Excellent Dining Room - Au Fin du Zinc !
Staff should chat elsewhere early in the morning as in the corridors the sound reverberates !!

Room was quite spacious which we expected as we booked a suite. Breakfast was also nice.
The door code we received did not work and we were stuck outside trying to figure out how to contact the property to get in. To compound things, there were several garbage cans right outside the front door and flies buzzing everywhere. Finally walked over to the Laroche tasting room and the gentleman there gave us his door code to get in. It was quite an unpleasant way to start our stay.
