My husband is very satisfied with this hotel. He thinks the hot spring temperature is perfect, and the outdoor bath feels wonderfully natural. If we travel to Akan Lake next time, we would consider staying at your hotel group again.
He also really likes the smoking lounge. It feels like a cigar room with an old-money vibe, completely different from smoking rooms in other hotels he has visited, and he finds it extremely comfortable.
浴衣可以分男女吗？Hello. I have a suggestion.
All the yukata provided by the hotel are one-size-fits-all, but the fit varies a lot for different body types. My husband is 178 cm tall and it fits him well. However, I’m 155 cm tall, and the same one-size yukata is too big for me.
Could you consider offering separate men’s and women’s one-size yukata in the future? They will fit guests better. Thank you for your consideration.
