Lovely comfortable apartment in a quiet location. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants, local supermarket and water bus. Host was responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom doesn’t have a shower screen so floor and toilet is wet after the shower has been used. It didn’t spoil our stay, but was a small inconvenience to have a wet, slippery tiled floor. Wifi was hit and miss.

Great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and smooth.

Loved this stay. Our hostess wal lovely. Everything was laid on. It felt like an authentic Venetian experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent positions, near all tourist attractions

The announcement was not precise and the information provided was wrong: we rent an apartment with two bedrooms, as offered in the announcement. Unfortunately, there was only one. After some discussion with the owner/manager, they offered us a second apartment without extra costs. The building is being restructured with many works ongoing. The entrance was full of rubbish and materials (see pictures). The building was not in appropriate conditions for rental.
