This place has enough space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company and their own space for themselves. Communications with the hosts were excellent. Quick to reply with any questions or requests. Too bad the weather was not good to fully enjoy the outside area.

The owners were extremely considerate and easy to work with. The property is a beautiful location overlooking the bay and was exactly what we wanted and expected. It had plenty of room to accommodate 8 adults and 3 babies! I highly recommend this property!

Great property for our family vacation. My boys 11 & 14 lived on the dock and enjoyed all the outside activities including the paddle boards, kayaks, crab traps and fishing. Amazing views especially the sunrises and watching all the bay activities. The house had every amenity we could ask for plus the added bonus of including sheets, bath and beach towels which we normally have to pack. The pool table was a big hit and having both a kitchen and dining room table was perfect for puzzles and games. Tom and Eileen responded quickly to all inquiries and made our stay even more welcoming. We loved your house and hope to be back again to make more great memories.

I have waited a few weeks since our stay to write this review. We stayed in mid August with 4 other couples and I wanted to talk to them about my comments before writing this review. Overall, our stay was very nice. The location is very good if you do not want to stay right on LBI. To be fair though, I think guests should know that this home could use some TLC. For example, in all 3 of the bathrooms, the towel bars were falling off. The carpeting was quite dirty, and could have used a good cleaning. It seemed like it was more than just from this one summer season. Paint was peeling in some of the bathrooms. I would have to say that the impression of the home was not as good as we had hoped based on reviews and pictures. I am sorry to write this, as I do not normally write anything negative, but I think it is only fair to point this out to future potential guests as I would have wanted someone to do the same for me.
