Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Alex was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier without any problems, which was really appreciated. Communication was excellent, and Alex was always available to answer our questions.

The apartament was near to the Iulius Mall and Iulius Lake, the check in was very easy. We found the apartament very clean and well equipped.

Nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the big mall. The private balcony is large, and had comfortable seating and sun loungers. We used this space daily. The view on the one side is beautiful, and overlooks the lake. The apartment has lots of windows to allow sunlight in, and has a great view from the one bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and was great to have amenities like hairdryer, drying rack, iron and most importantly a coffee machine. The entire apartment was very spacious and has amazingly high ceilings and beautiful features.

As beautiful as the space was, unfortunately it wasn’t clean. Just walking around the inside, my feet were black. I had to wash the floors myself on the first day. There was no cleaning products inside, apart from dish soap. I bought a disinfectant for the kitchen, although on the service the kitchen worktops were clean, the fridge, and dishes in drawers were not. The coffee machine inside water tank was green with algae. This is very bad for your health. I cleaned this with a dishwashing tablet that I bought myself. The coffee table is very unsteady, just needs a simple tighten. The light switches were dirty and hanging lights very dusty. The 1 bedroom wardrobe has no hanging rail, this was broken or missing. The outside area, although fantastic in size, there were parts that let it down. For example the yellow lounger is unusable as the paint is completely stripping away into bits. This could be a beautiful space.

The fact that it smelled like cigarettes smoke. The flat was small, the TV had anlog 10 channels. The fact that between hours 22 p.m. and 8 a.m. no call service support available it felt disturbing, taking into consideration we came from a long distance with two small kids.
