Good location

Pillows were horrible and flat we all had neck pain We have breakfast included and one day my daughter was very tired and my hubby went down to ask if he can take a couple of croissant and milk so we can have tea in the room ( we bought our own breakfast tea as the black tea was not nice ) and the ladies in the breakfast place refused categorically and were very rude. When I checked out and told the reception about it they said we were entitled to it and we should have to them so that means the restaurant staff were very incompetent.

The location and view are amazing

The room was large, pool was good. Breakfast decent

There was absolutely no cleaning or towel changing even though we were there for 2weeks! They also wouldn’t give us any towels for the pool- you had to “exchange “ them so that you never had more than the number of people. They were inflexible.
