The property was in a good location. It was close to the train station and shops.
The stairs. The washing facilities were unclear, there were no instructions in English.

The location is superb. It is 1 min from the big coop supermarket, 3 min walking from the Zermatt train station.
Our room was on the top level. You need to walk 10 sections of stair.

Easy to find and keys in lock box easy to access. Central location especially for train station. Comfy beds. Hosts very responsive to the problem we had with no hot water.
Balcony only had view of stairwell of block of flats in front of building. This was not very clear on the description. Only room for one arm chair in the lounge area which was also very dark. Very noisy throughout the night unfortunately so couldn't open windows at night when it was warm.
