It was a good price, nice swimming pool

I wish you can order food from the childrens pool. Also, supposedly the beach have chairs for hotel guest but there are no signs or uniform staff. Floor are not cleaned during house keeping

Very affordable. Easy 5 min walk to beautiful Eagle Beach. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Cleaned and fresh towels daily. Free beach chairs and towels. Would stay there again!!

The pool areas and landscaping was kept exceptionally clean daily Location to beach was good

There should be a warning on the faucets in the guest rooms Several times nearly got scalded with hot water tap It appears that the temperature gauge on these faucets is higher than 120° F Additionally, if the Palayas had some type of cut outs for holding drink glasses Due to the windy climate, several of our drinks got blown over/ spilled whenever a gust of wind would happen

Rooms are very good size,very spacious,clean. 3 pools are very good. Sunbeds are booked from very early so you are limited in choice by people putting towel out. Located not too far from beach 5min walk and also close to very good Supermarket. We had an evening flight, the hotel allowed use of the facilities after the 11am checkout time and a courtesy room for 30 mins to shower prior to leaving the hotel. They also had a room to store your luggage.

Staff were not very helpful, attitude is poor. Don't try do anything in a speedy manner as this does not go down well with them. We had B&B option but you are asked to pay extra for certain options on the breakfast menu, not nice. There should be only one menu if you have paid in advance for breakfast. Service is extremely slow, we witnessed at least 4 customers per morning leaving or complaining about service. Taxi service at the Hotel is very hit and miss, the bell boys are not always available to assist, if you have dinner reservations allow at least 30mins to get there even if the trip is 5mins. You can be waiting for long periods on taxi. The cost of taxis is expensive, no meters and the driver makes the price, eventhough the government supposedly has fixed journey prices. The bus is good value but the timetable is unreliable. The island is very Americanised, the bulk of their visitors come from USA. Tipping is expected everywhere but the service is really poor & many times doesn't deserve it but as previously mentioned the attitude is that of entitlement.
