Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was cozy, spacious and warm. The only thing we missed was the microwave, but we could live without it. At the check out we were told that some other guests might have taken it to another apartment. Very close to the lifts and town centre.

- Friendly hosts - Good location (even though it's next to a parking lot, there is a broad lawn in between, absolutely no noise or privacy issues from cars or passers-by) - Large bathroom with a shower _and_ a bathtub, hot water with high pressure - something very much appreciated after a mountain hike! - The whole apartment is nice and cozy with all the necessary equipment

- The internet connection was very weak, there is a signal amplifier, but probably doesn't work as intended. After we informed the host, we were given a password to another network, everything was fine afterwards.

Apartment with two spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Sufficiently spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Quiet and peaceful place but close to the village center and the cable car station. Balcony with views of the garden and mountains. Mountain bus stop right next to the house. Very pleasant and helpful owner. We definitely recommend.

A few better knives would be useful in the kitchen

The property is located in an excellent location in Heilgenblut which is is an excellent hub for trekking and mountain touring. That’s about it.

As we arrived, we discovered that even late and we had a kitchen, the owners were cheap not to include minimal provisions such as coffee salt or cooking oil, as well as soaps for the shower; The most devastating thing was when our 16 years old teenager accidentally spilled some coffee on the bed we were billed 120 euros for cleaning charges. Furthermore, despite having noted that check out time was 9:30 (only on writing in booking) at 9:45 as we were almost ready to go we have been invaded forcefullly by the family members which created panic with our boys
