This is a beautiful location with direct access to the water and includes paddle boards and a kayak which we used daily. The home has everything you need and more! The pool and outdoor areas are wonderful. We would definitely stay again. There was only some slight confusion about a cash deposit, but everything worked out great.

fabulous place catered for everything, very responsive host who helped with any questions shame there was no restaurant in walking distance. We loved the paddle boards and the kayak, pool was amazing and the views to die for would definitely return.

The house is spacious and has a beautiful view and lovely outdoor areas. We especially enjoyed the pool, the close proximity to the sea with the possibility of swimming, and using the outdoor grill for barbecue evenings. The location is peaceful and quiet. It is however recommended to have a car, as transportation is needed to reach supermarkets, the marina and the town of Rogoznica. Rogoznica is a wonderful and charming place with several nice restaurants. Communication with the host worked well. The owner who welcomed us was nearby during our stay, very friendly and helpful, and even offered us a ride to the supermarket, which we appreciated. We had a wonderful stay, truly enjoyed our time in Croatia and would gladly come back.

Beautiful villa fabulous views and access to the sea
