excellent, but wifi connection need to be improved.
the location is 10 minutes walk to the beach.
You can get a taxi or bus to split which takes about 20 minutes.

A very modern villa with a few quirks, for example the doors to the bedrooms beeped and the hot water didn't work for a couple of days. However, the owner was pleasant, giving us cakes and drinks, as well as a pot of homemade honey when leaving. Unfortunately the basement area was out of order during our week long stay (it was flooded), which was a real shame. We were therefore unable to use the sauna and gym. However, overall, a good time. Thank you.
