These original Mission Beach cottages are located just 1 block to the main strip of Old Mission Beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars & pubs within a 5 minute walking distance. Property comes fully furnished with plenty of linen & towels, Full Newly Renovated kitchen with quarts countertops, with pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, a BBQ for every unit, flatscreen TV in living room and bedroom with 2 Amazon firesticks and digital AT&T cable and, free high speed WIFI Internet with a new Mesh Wifi 6 Netgear ORBI with 2 satellites and 1 GBPS rewired Fiber Internet. A front dutch door in every unit in case you would like fresh warm moist air. A large patio overlooking the ocean with shower to rinse off after a refreshing surf session or swim. Plus lots of seating inside and outside.
Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards etc.
Airport and Downtown is just 10 minutes away. La Jolla is just 1.5 miles away, an easy bike ride up the coast! Pacific Beach is just 1/2 mile north and Ocean Beach is about 2 miles south.
Public bus stop is 1 block away on the main street- Mission Blvd.
Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

No guests will be allowed on property without disclosure prior to booking reservation.
Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules from the attached contract in the listing when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to show Identification when checking in. A picture can be emailed prior to arrival. Subleasing, Parties, Smoking and Pets are Prohibited. If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.

We had a lovely time at Sarina and Luke’s property. The hosts are incredibly organized, and we loved the welcoming touch of a complimentary bottle of wine. A special shoutout to Sarina for her lightning-fast response when we needed help with the propane tank for the new grill—thanks to her, dinner was a huge success. This property is a true gem and a absolute must-stay!

You cant beat the view!! The house is so close to the beach, it made taking 3 kids to the beach a breeze! The shower outside is very convenient for removing sand. Loved having access to laundry especially with the kids. We walked everywhere to shop and eat since the house is so close to everything. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be coming back next year!! Thank you for making this home away from home

It was a perfect spot for us. We were right on ocean walk. Restaurants at both ends of the beach. Grocery store walkable. Just a lovely spot.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. However the house is so small & the tiny one bedroom had a full size bed in it that was just the frame & mattress! No box spring. A dresser at the end of the bed that there was no way you could us it because you couldn’t even stand in front of it to open the drawers & then there is the huge tv mounted on the wall of this tiny bedroom I felt like I was laying on the floor almost trying to watch tv it felt like sitting in the front row of a movie theater.& the living room has a broke down sectional where two teenage boys had to sleep with a small TV That had something going wrong with it
