Eden hostel

Amazing price-performance ratio. The private room was clean, and I had a comfortable bed with fresh summer linen. The room was equipped with both a fan and an old air-conditioning unit, although the AC was a little weak. Nevertheless, I had a very good night’s sleep here. Of course, there are some details that could be improved, but overall, it was a great hostel stay at a bargain price. Thank you very much to the kind and helpful staff. I would happily stay here again.

No toilet seat in the shared bathroom - hopefully the maintenance team can fix this.

Posizione ottima, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Camera singola basic, molto piccola, ideale per poche notti.

The cleanliness of the bathroom facilities. The kitchen was well equipped.

The smoking in rooms next door and lobby, the poor ventilation and stuffiness of the room and the hostile nature of the receptionist made my stay uncomfortable. I left the place with stuffed nostrils and general discomfort. When I complained about the smoking in the room next door and the fact that it affected me, the response of the receptionist was that I didn't pay for 2 rooms but 1 and I should stay in my room. So rude and unprofessional! The staff would go to the lobby by the kitchen and toilet in the hostel and smoke while the smell goes into the hostel. The staff do not understand English. You will need Google translator to have a proper communication with them. The receptionist was not welcoming and showed hostility and does not understand or speak English. The air conditioner in the room blows hot air. Maybe out of gas, but was not fixed. The room seems to have molds. Your nostrils will immediately get stuffed/blocked once you go close to the wall particularly towards the bed. The discomfort was so unbearable. I do not recommend the hostel at all, and if you must stay in this place, the hotel building might be better. I gave it 5 because of its facilities, but 1 or 0 in terms of comfort.
