ウニレア ホテル ＆ スパ

very comfortable, very clean room with an excellent (sunset) view! Staff was very friendly and helpful both at reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great. overall a great stay in Iasi. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the spa facilities but heard from colleagues that this was very nice as well

towels seemed to be changed every day. i find this unnecessary and wasteful. perhaps a policy like leaving towels on the floor to be changed is a good compromise?

Lovely view on the 12th floor, big and comfy room, spa facilities amazing nice and relaxing sauna and steam room. Toiletries were quite lush too, Rituals lotus flower with a divine smell.

Lifts were a bit slow, and room could have been better hoovered.

Excellent breakfast, super clean bed sheets, well positioned in the city, free underground parking with multiple entries included in the room rate

Excellent location right in the center of the city. Good breakfast. Nice views from the room. Helpful staff.

The rooms look like they were not maintained in 50 years. Very cramped with old amenities and bathrooms in poor condition (clogged sink and decaying walls). Cracked doors and wall paint as well. Fairly high price compared to the quality of accommodation.
