The owner provided us with parking right outside the hotel without any charge which was a lovely gesture. The room was neat and clean. And the location was right by the Deutsches Eck and an easy walk to the old town. The breakfast spread was good - the make your own waffles were delicious!
The sheets could have been softer and the towels could have also been better. We needed a dinner option close to the hotel as our 8 year old was feeling a bit under the weather and the restaurant that the hotel recommended was below average, which was a bit disappointing!

Well positioned and friendly hotel.
German hotels seem to go in for lumpy, soft pillows, not to my taste. The sheet was very hot, not cotton?, so I found it quite hard to sleep.

Amazing location and easy access to town. Breakfast was good and plenty restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Beautiful river view.
Hotel room was so quite dated and little noisy at night from car park area.

Exceptionally rude breakfast staff, in particular Claudia. Discriminatory language towards us.
Would not recommend this hotel if English.
No air conditioning and outdated tired room and bathroom
