Nice view from the room, good location
Few problems during my stay:
- aircon was super loud, impossible to sleep.. and if turned off impossible to sleep cuz of heat
- staff told me 25 chf for parking per day in the parking of the mall, but after 36 hours I had to pay 80 chf
- swimming pool was freezing cold in summer, not sure why
- all amenities are pretty old
- balcony was nice, but when you sit down you get splashed by the water of aircon from the floor above
- not sure who was staying above my room, but everytime they walked (or fell), the ceiling and the chandelier was shaking, bit scary
- WiFi was quite slow, I used my 4G instead
- no help with luggages
So overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay, I don’t recommend it especially for that high price.
