We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We loved the comfortable rooms, which were spacious and had such comfortable beds and air conditioning. We enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and had many food and drink choices. We also liked how parking was a bliss at the garage. Even though the location is not at the center, it was still close enough by a short bus ride. We also liked that they are dog friendly. Our stay was short but truly enjoyable. We will definitely choose Best Western when visiting Regensburg.

The hotel offers parking in an on-site garage (paid), which was convenient and easy to use (parking spots were quite big). Our room was surprisingly spacious, which we really appreciated, especially given that we were with our dog. It was great to find a dog-friendly hotel. Last but not least, the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend stopping on the way to Austria.

Breakfast was decent, though the buffet wasn't always well-maintained: once the bretzels ran out, no one came to replenish them. The bathroom has semi-transparent walls, which is not exactly ideal for privacy. A bit of an unusual design choice that not everyone will appreciate.
