The building is situated on a quiet street in walking distance to the old city center. The staff at the reception was friendly and eager to help. There was a lift to the upper floors. The studio apartment on the last floor, was spacious with a wide terrace overlooking at the street, and an Embassy across the street. The Studio seemed clean and had a fully equiped kitchen, although I din't use it. The bed was comfortable.

The pilow on the bed was too big for me. I asked for another one, smaller and not so fluffy, and although the girl at the reception tried to find one, she could not find one at the moment. So that felt a bit challenging for me for sleeping, but that's just my preference. I would also prefer toiletries, like a separate shampoo and conditioner and not one generic liquid for body and hair.

A 2-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests, sits a10-minute walk from Krakow’s historic Old City center. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Included was a good breakfast and a WIFI.

The one assigned to us was located completely separate from the hotel building, requiring a two-minute walk back and forth every single time we needed to get to breakfast or the car park. The room amenities were problematic - no convenient setup to dry laundry, causing our clothes to take two full days to dry. The heating was off leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. The shower water temperature was not stable, ranging from too hot to too cold.

Location is very close to city historical center. There was very kind lady at reception. Ironing equipment was very good.

When I booked, I had to choose if I would like to have 1 double bed or 2 single beds. I chose 1 double bed and this was non-negotiable filter. In the end we ended up in 2 single beds just put together and covered with one blanket. I think that is a clear lie to customers. 2 single beds with blanket is not a double bed. I would not choose this property if I know that there is no double bed available. Parking - only street parking available and you have to pay for it.
