From the very beginning, the communication from the host was excellent. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and throughout our stay everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly exceptional. We honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Room,location and especially the Breakfast

The host was very welcoming and very attentive. We found the hotel to be in a perfect location; right next to the coast of Plettenberg Bay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained.

Sometimes the WiFi was a little bit weak. But apart from that, a great stay! We are just gutted that we couldn't use the pool as it was the winter.
