The staff here are amazing! We loved the wide range of items available at breakfast. Our room was fine, decent size room and bathroom. Kettle and hairdryer and safe and storage for clothes. The overnight temperature our first night was perfect. Controls were sort of centralised. The other two nights heating was on which made our room a bit muggy and didn’t dare leave window open as hubby gets eaten by mosquitoes!

Hotel was an easy walk from bus station where airport bus finishes, but was a minimum half hour walk into town but there were lots of tram stops locally and we used a Bolt to get to meet place for early morning tour which was 6€. There isn’t many restaurants within walking distance. We asked for a breakfast to go which was fine, perhaps a carton of juice or some water would have been a great addition?

The hotel was in a great location that felt safe and accessible from the city. We had a larger car with a roof box and we could easily fit into the covered parking spots (that were lit up at night and under surveillance). Breakfast was amazing with so many choices of tasty food! There was even a small kids corner downstairs and that wasn’t advertised anywhere by the hotel so that was a nice surprise for the kiddo. Speaking of the kid - the crib was a huge plus. Everything was clean and new. We stayed in the larger attic deluxe room which was just the right size for a traveling family. We would / we will stay here again in the future. Staff was nice and helpful. Recommend.

We liked being close to the bus station. We also liked not being in the city centre as it was quiet and peaceful, not crawling with other tourists. Walking distance (for us who enjoy walking) around the city but with option of hoping on a tram if we needed.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Comfortable bed, room size, quet location

Bad smell in the elevator, room not fully cleaned upon arrival, one blackout not working (always open, letting in daylight too early), windows were very difficult to open (too high), room in need of a renovation (tear visible in some spots)
