Host was very friendly. We arrived early and got to store our luggage while cleaner was still working. He greeted us and we had a room tour. We love the place - it is super spacious! Very clean and very stylish. It's got everything you need, like cutlery and laundry racks. Air-con is fabulous. It's also very close to the train station and attractions. Family has said it's the BEST in our 8 days Italy trip from Venice to Rome. Similar price in other city we only get a small hotel room.

Shower water temperature can become unstable if using both bathrooms at the same time.

We loved the location. It was in close walking distance to the Duomo, the Ufizzi, everything we wanted to see! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had any amenities we could have wanted. Absolutely recommend!! The host was very extremely helpful in getting us settled, recommending sites, restaurants, and answered all our questions about the city. We were extremely pleased! The apartment was private, quiet, clean, and was even better than the photos.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Florence and would highly recommend it. We were met on arrival by one of the owners, Niccolò, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He showed us around the apartment, explained how everything worked and sent us some excellent recommendations and links for local restaurants and places to visit. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (much appreciated in the Florentine summer!) and there was everything you could need if you wanted to cook at home. That said, there are so many great cafés and restaurants nearby that you’re spoiled for choice. The location is ideal – within easy walking distance of all the main sights, in a safe and attractive area of the city. It was great to be able to pop back to the apartment during the day for a rest before heading out again. A fantastic place to stay in Florence with thoughtful hosts and everything you need for a comfortable visit. We would happily stay here again.
