Flat is well taken care of, renovated and clean!
Check in procedure was not great. We needed to pay extra money because our plane was late and we arrived 21:30. And then we waited a couple of minutes for the check in staff to show up.

It was central

Shower door on en-suite would of stopped water from shower going on floor

Location was great. Bedrooms were very spacious. Facilities were really good. Enrico was friendly. It was a great stay.
The upstairs people were very loud with footsteps at late hours. A shower screen was missing and water went everywhere which wasn't a problem but not ideal. There should have been more toilet paper provided for our large group.

It could be lovely but does not seem to be well maintained or cleaned which is a shame.
The washing machine advertised does not work. It is for 8 people but there were nit enough cups, plates or glasses for even 6 people.
The sofa bed was broken snd no-one came to fix it despite asking.
Entry to the apartment was very dirty and off putting with a broken stair that was dangerous and not cleaned up at all our entire stay.
