Jolie maison confortable et propre dans un beau quartier tranquille à proximité du centre-ville. La terrasse est très agréable. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Très bon accueil.

Je n’ai pas beaucoup aimé le dépôt de garantie de 200€ en cash mais le remboursement a bien été effectué par virement quelques heures après notre départ.

Great location, walking distance to the centre of Bruges. Lovely property and comfortable beds and seats. Sabine the host was lovely and very helpful. Plenty of space for family time, large dining table, comfy lounging chairs and rooms well equipt for storage.

No TV in the living room, only one toilet and a bath on the ground floor (although it was explained that the property is undergoing a full redesign next year to allow for shower and toilet on sleeping levels)

The house has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are nice to have.

Awkward communication with the hostess. The €200 deposit was rather large, and although I appreciate that hosts have the right to request a deposit, I was told that it would be refunded immediately after checkout. We checked out at 10:00 and the refund was only received at 20:09 that evening. I understand that the hostess experienced an issue with her bank, but the communication about this felt rather curt and I would have appreciated a little more acknowledgement of the delay. Only cash was accepted for the city tax, and no receipt was provided. I found this inconvenient, as I would have preferred to pay electronically. During check-in, there was a lengthy explanation about sorting the garbage and how the house should be left at checkout. The amount of instruction felt unnecessary and came across as rather condescending, which detracted from the welcome. The bathroom is quite dated and has mould present. The hostess did mention that a renovation of the bathroom and kitchen is planned. Parking is a hassle with it being a blue zone. It is a fair walk to the free parking area.
