Great size room that was close enough to town centre. Parking was easy.
Lack of basis facilities like tea and coffee, glasses etc. A bigger desk would have been helpful to do some work

Everything excellent and as advertised! Great location and price. Loved the stay! Host friendly and assisted with all enquiries.

We had a warm welcome and the host showed us around, TV was good and A/C, shower/WC was nice and clean.Bed and linen was ok, but very sparse, no frills but clean and tidy, generally all the places we stayed in Italy seem to be the same.
Located outside the City about half a mile, it felt like the location was in a semi industrial area that backed onto the railway line.
The hallway was musky and felt damp and needed ventilation.
Apart from that it was ok.
