The location is great, the personale is amazing, really helpful and super kind. We arrived very late and they helped us and made us feel so welcomed.
Nothing, everything was great. The light was a bit din in the toilets and we gave the feedback and they took it really well and noted it down.

This property is absolutely amazing. Thank you to Shayan and Hilo for making our stay exceptional. All staff consistently provide a high level of service. From the concierge outside the hotel to reception to the dining areas to housekeeping! The location is just great - I had a room view of the Burj Khalifa. The marketing aligns with the hotel experience.
No faults.
