Every thing was good

We liked the service, the treatment of each employee, the room, the central location of the hotel and the breakfast. Not a single thing to complain about. Really great experience.
The extra bed was too soft, gave me shoulder and neck pain. And the windows were not clean, if ignored the view was great.

Staff we're super friendly and welcoming, could not have done more for you. Facilities were as described clean and available for us at all times. Ideal location if you're travelling to the World Trade Centre exhibition Hall, only two stops on the trains expired to 10 minutes
nothing

Location and comfortable
Old rooms and bathroom showers leaking, safety hazard with fall or slipping as they don’t have proper showers or mats to prevent slipping in shower.
