The kitchen equipment and furnitures are very good. The bathroom, the rooms, the air conditioners - everything is ok. The staff is easy going and polite.

The location is excellent. On 3td floor with a lift. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Great in every sens. On top of that we found the san Nicolo staff very kind and helpful in every way. Will book with them next time Verona.

Nothing

Everything was perfect!

Spacious, clean, responsive staff, thoughtful little touches esp a bottle of water and good toiletries. Location of the property building is very central, short walk everywhere

The studio flat is right next to the main entrance, making it very noisy with main door slamming and noises from other guests that are passing to the other properties. There is a couple of windows but they’re high up so no view to outside. Not ideal for light sleeper or those with young children. Despite flat feeling clean, there is a faint unpleasant smell we can’t figure out from where. It was a pleasant stay for one night.
