Amazing accommodation, clean, heated floors, well equipped kitchen. Has a ensuite in the master bed, and then seperate bathroom and toilet. Large drying room with washer and dryer. Tea coffee, detergent, washing powder included.
They also provided a van which was invaluable for getting around Hakuba. (Apparently they will stop this due to COVID but I hope they don't because it really sets them apart from the others!). The accom is only 6 mins from Happo bus terminal but it is uphill on return.
Staff were friendly and responsive on whatsapp and email. Very helpful. Provided shuttle pick-up and drop off too on arrival/departure. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
The single beds were not that comfortable.
