The property is beautiful and my room was facing the marina. You can actually see Burj Khalifa from the building. Love the room, the shower/bathtub facing the yachts and the spa. Love the facility, the saunas, the bathrooms/showers and the products in the changing room.
At the present time, there are doing some construction and you can see the staff working and hear the construction noise (not too loud).

No We booked an expensive suite, but the windows overlooked a construction site where work was going on around the clock. Even at night! So the terrace was completely worthless.
Service was very bad. It was not possible to reserve seats in the restaurant for hotel residents in the evening
