An indoor pool, ice skating rink and ski bus that is free of charge is a 5-minute walk away. Cross-country skiing trails are 3 km from the property. The Zell am See Train Station is 500 metres away.

The apartment is close to city center, restaurants and ski area , it has everything and it’s very clean
It would be nice if we could turn the heat down a bit ️

Location: Very good. Walking distance from stores and City Express.
Kitchen: Spacious, good fridge and stove.
Bathroom: Spacious.
Parking space in the garage was perfect.
Kitchen: Very poorly equipped. All dishes and cutlery are different and incomplete. Not enough cups and glasses, all different. No pyrex, no chopping board, no bread basket, no placemats or tablecloth.
Living room: Not comfortable at all. It only has two pieces of furniture, one of them very old and uncomfortable, not even a table and zero decoration.
Dinning room: Three type of chairs, deteriorated, very old and all different.
Bathroom: No place to hang towels to dry. It has a washing machine but no drying rag.
Extra blankets without covers. Poor towels.
No cleaning utensils, as a broom for example.
Under the beds and behind sofa very dirty.
No instructions to regulate thermostat.
