ホテル ハウス ベルリン

Practical location for my purpose. Large room, well furnished.

Basement room down a narrow staircase that would have been impossible for anybody with even slight mobility impairments. Smoking corner right outside the room - why call it a non-smoking room if all the smoke from outside ends up inside anyway? Reception with very limited hours

nice small hotel in a nice neighborhood.

fresh orange juice would be a dream in nearly every hotel

Clean property in a pleasant location.

On the first day I had to walk 1km for breakfast but I understand that this is an exception.

Beautiful location in a quiet, tree-lined street of grand 19th century houses. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed for five nights. During my stay the bed was never made up or changed, the waste bin was never emptied, dirty cups, toiletries and towels were not replaced. On Monday morning breakfast was not available until 07:40 (although the hotel advertises a 06:30 start). On Friday morning I had to leave by 07:00 at which time the breakfast room was still not open.
