The view amazing the food delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful

Everything. From start to finish we had an amazing time and will definitely visit again. The hotel organised a taxi on our behalf to collect us from the airport and the lady driver was so friendly and informative pointing out lots of places to see and giving us information about transport links within Prague. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming, informative and so very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The location was brilliant for access to all the places of interest (there are so many) and right on the hop-on-hop-off bus route (stop at the Dancing House). The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and super quirky in a really good way. The restaurant staff were so very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful especially breakfast. It also made a brilliant change from staying in a conventional hotel and added even more to the fun element of the whole trip.
Absolutely no negatives for us other than we didn't want to leave because we were having such a great time.
