サン・マルコ広場まで近く、どこに行くにもアクセスは良い。何よりホストがとても親切でいつでも連絡がとれてよかった

The property was in a lovely quiet area. It was easy to access and clean and had everything we needed. It was a 15 minute walk to st Marks square.

It had 2 flights of stairs to get from the door to the kitchen and lounge area. This is difficult with luggage. Also if you have children or are elderly it may be an issue with safety.

Serena greeted us at the boat dock and took us directly to our apartment. On the way she gave us many helpful tips. In the apartment we found a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and delicious cookies.

The apartment was amazing! Very roomy, well stocked and clean. We were so happy when we got there and saw it. The location could not have been better. Very close and central to everything you could possibly want to do in Venice. Serena was amazing! She met us at the boat, walked us to the apartment, arranged a porter for us, and provided ongoing information as we needed it. She was very responsive and made our stay so much easier with all of the information she provided. I give this accommodation five stars and would not hesitate recommending it highly and staying there again if I ever returned to Venice

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the accommodation.
