The staff was so kind and professional
The area is pretty quiet
They need to have an elevator for those who have a heavy backpack

Very friendly personnel, very helpful and kind.
Excellent breakfast, tasty, great variety and healthy.
Spacious room with balcony.
Some elements of the room need replacement. For example, the carpet was worn out.

Kind and helpful stuff. Restaurant closed at 9 p.m but 10 min before they was kind and made for us a food. Big thanks :).
Because a hotel is near busy street is noisy if you room from this side.
