The hotel is located in an old house, only a few rooms. Stylish, different than a standard hotel.
The location is very good, also the boulevard is interesting.
If you search for something like this, it's a good place!
I had an issue. I asked for a quite room, which was promised.. but it wasn't the case. Second floor, street side.
The boulevard is noisy with lot of traffic. As, I had a booking for 6 nights ... I asked for a more quite room. The woman gave it to me and then I was happy.
So, this is an attention point, ask for the rooms backside.
For the rest, no complains.
