Business trip. Excellent location with respect to my business meeting, good and safe parking in the hotel multistorey carpark, walking distance to city centre with good choice of restaurants for dinner. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

Great staff. The staff were always friendly, even if you don't speak German.
Great food.
Cigarette Smoke in the carpark stairway. Two flights of stairs to the carpark fill with smoke because the staff smoke at the exit at the top of the stairs.
Pillows. Some sort of latex, half filled, inflatable things. Horrid.
