The location is very good, the personal is very friendly and service is great. The transfer to the hotel and to the airport is quick and reliable.

Lovely room, helpful staff, free shuttle bus to airport & station, easy access to Cologne centre, good value, free parking

The fact that it was close to the airport but the shuttle didn’t work out each time we wanted to use it and it was really frustrating
The fact that shuttle was quite a mission to get from the airport , each time took us an hour to get the shuttle at the airport
