ホテル ビショフスムッツェ

Es war wieder eine wunderbare Auszeit in der Bischofsmütze. Wir waren schon mehrfach im Hotel. Hervorzuheben ist bei Halbpension besonders das Menü am Abend.

Leider war die Heizung noch nicht aktiv. Grundsätzlich war es angenehm, aber in der Dusche für unseren Geschmack somit schon etwas frisch.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Filzmoosgästekarte bietet viele kostenlose Möglichkeiten, wie Bus, Bergbahn oder Almi. Hotel ist zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind hochwertig und sehr sauber, wie alles andere auch. Das Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gab immer drei Hauptgänge zur Auswahl - Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch. Hoteleigener Parkplatz mit Schranke ist in 150 Meter Entfernung, dafür kostenlos. Sehr bequeme und breite Betten.

Nichts

Spazi ampi, staff estremamente gentile, SPA e piscina bellissime. Colazione e cena ricche e ottima scelta. Il parcheggio riservato è vicino all’hotel molto comodo. Posizione eccellente

Farei l’acqua della piscina di 2-3 gradi in più ma per il resto tutto eccezionale

The two EXCLUSIVE double rooms we were offered were not what we expected after looking on Booking.com website. The rooms offered to us were very dark and dismal and at the back of the hotel. Very disappointed on arrival. Moved to two lower grade double rooms at front of hotel, but no offer made by hotel to refund the cost difference to us. Staff not obliging on the issue and did not answer email to discuss the issue.. Will not be returning to this hotel. Have stayed in many other hotels in Filzmoos with no problems.
