Clean and presentable and fully functional.
Do not have a dislike for anything about the property.

Location
Comfortable bed…. Could be a king
Had good books
Had a washing machine
Good size TV
3 floor too much for 65 year olds to get bags up and down.
Stale smell
No exhaust fan in bathroom
Needs a vegetable peeler

The location was great, the apartment was spacious and it had everything you needed.
The bedding, we came end of July so it was a bit cold and there were just sheets and blankets. Think it needed a quilt. We did tell the place and they went out bought more blankets for us, which was very kind. But yes that first night the kids were cold.
