Great location—walk out the door for bus, and very short walks for quick bites or groceries.
Mattress and pillows VERY hard. The AC was barely able to cool the apartment. When I asked for a fan to help move the air, I was told the air unit should do it. There was a distinct moldy, musty odor in the bathroom and the fan made it worse. We had one thin cover sheet to share for bedding. That’s hard when one person turns over !!

Very good location, clean and nicely decorated apartment. Felt like a real home. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. The bus stop right in front of the property was convenient.
