Apart from the issues we met, the apartment was clean and, for the price, had everything that was advertised and needed for a short stay, including a fridge, kettle and basic kitchen equipment. Check-in, check-out and key collection were all easy and without any problems.

The patio is shared and separated only by small bushes which is not the best way to provide privacy. We experienced this ourselves, as there was a loud party taking place next door and, despite the declared quiet hours, it was still in full swing at around 11:30 PM. We tried to contact the owner, but there was no response, so in the end we had to intervene ourselves. The owner only replied the following day. The apartment is located within a paid parking zone. Parking in Budva is generally quite complicated: finding a space is difficult, and even paying for parking is not particularly straightforward. It is therefore worth arranging a parking space in advance if possible. There was no parking spot for an accomodation.

I have passed 2 nights and all what i can say that it was so relaxing and calm. I loved everything. The area is calm. House very cozy with all necessities. Mr Amir is very gentle and waited for us until we arrived and explained everything. I recommand this appartment for couples who want to get a relaxed time and its near to center of cavtat and beaches too.

Good location for bus station with plenty of nearby eateries and supermarkets. Easily accessible to the beach front etc. The proprietor was super helpful when called upon. Felt secure and owners run a tight ship ie property rules are upheld.

Second bed was in living room (thought I was getting 2 bedroom apartment). Bathroom was very dated.
