The apartment is very well connected to the main attractions of Budapest and was a convenient base for sightseeing. It was very well equipped, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The bathroom and toilet were especially clean, modern and nicely maintained. The neighbourhood was also quiet, which made the stay very relaxing. The biggest positive, however, was the host. Communication was excellent and she was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. A very nice extra for families was the selection of toys in the apartment, which our children were very happy to use.

During our stay, it turned out that there was a problem with the plumbing. However, the host reacted very quickly and arranged for a plumber, who resolved the issue within half a day. Because it was handled so efficiently, it did not affect our overall rating of the stay. Apart from that, we had no complaints at all. We had a very pleasant stay and felt very welcome.

A fabulous location and the apartment had everything we (family of four, kids age 7 and 4) needed. It was very hot in Budapest so the air con was a welcome relief to come back to as was the fruit when we arrived. The coffee pods for the machine were also a nice touch. Agnes was very quick to answer my sometimes daft questions. There is also a small dishwasher which was a happy discovery and children's channels available on the TVs. There is an elevator in the building too and plastic children's plates and cutlery. Honestly doesn't get much better. Thank you.

Only being really picky. The shower is fab but very slippery when wet as our little one found out. We solved this be holding his hand during showering and helping him in and out. A non slip mat would have been helpful.

The location was wonderful. We used public transport all week. Our host gave us advice to get the monthly pass which was cheaper than the other options. We enjoyed the Budapest jazz club that was nearby, also a Vivaldi concert at St Michael’s church. It was nice having the space in the apt and feeling a little more like a local.

Excellent location, and the host had excellent communication with us throughout our stay. The place was very, very, very clean. If we come back to Budapest, we will definitely stay there again!
