Fantastic location. Quiet neighbourhood and short walk down the river into the town.

We were woken at 8am to leaf blowing on the property! But otherwise very quiet and comfortable

Beautiful apartment, with lovely details Great location Balcony Free parking

Only problem was no air conditioning

The location was excellent. It's tucked away in an extremely peaceful and lovely neighborhood, making for a very relaxing stay.

There were a few aspects that disappointed us. Although the property is called Villa Luttwitz, we were accommodated in an annex, not the main building. While this wasn't a major issue, the room itself had some drawbacks: the bed linen appeared very old and worn out, and there was a mold stain in the bathroom. I understand the area might be prone to humidity, but this is something that could have been easily cleaned or treated. Additionally, the payment process for the city tax was unprofessional. The property manager asked us to leave the cash in the room, which I don't find appropriate or standard practice. When I requested an IBAN to pay via bank transfer instead, it took several days to receive a reply, by which time we had already checked out.

Lovely quiet area of Baden-Baden

Look very regal in the photos. Cooking and laundry facilities not in apartment, in basement, former guest left nose pickings in bedside table. Bed duvet too small and linen and pillow smelt of strong men’s aftershave. Check out was 10:30 in compendium but we had a knock on door at 10:10 telling us it was 10:00 and we needed to vacate.
