Anreise mit dem Auto : Auf der anderen Moselseite stehen Tagesparkplätze für 3€ zur Verfügung.Mit 2 Fahrrädern auf dem Heckträger optimal.Self Check in im Restaurant ganz easy.Treppen zum Hotelzimmer schon etwas anstrengend,aber mit Mitte 50 voll ok.Das Bad ist eine organisatorische Herausforderung.Aber 2 x am Tag bekommt man diesen Balanceakt auf dem gebotenen 1,2 m2 hin.Lage direkt an der Moselpromenade.Wein,Restaurants,Burg,Wandern......alles vor Ort.Wir kämen sofort wieder.99€ für 2 Nächte- Topp .

Das Bad ist echt nicht super- aber das gleicht der Rest aus.70er Jahre Charme

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the river view from our room was truly stunning. That was the highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately, several aspects were very disappointing. The lift was out of service, and we had not been informed in advance. Our room was on the 3rd–4th floor, and since my husband had recently undergone surgery and could not carry heavy things, I had to manage the luggage on my own. This was a serious inconvenience. The corridors on several floors were cluttered with staff items, which did not give a clean or welcoming impression. After 10 p.m., the main entrance was closed, and we were told to use the back gate — but this meant passing directly through part of the kitchen/cleaning area. I am not sure if this is even legal or safe for guests. Finally, the pillows were very uncomfortable — too soft and without proper shape — which made sleeping difficult. Overall, while the location and river view were wonderful, the cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility need significant improvement before I could recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt an der Mosel. Der Self-Check-in super einfach. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig.

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Risse in den Wänden auf unserem Zimmer. Bad ein Wandschrank mit zwei Schiebetüren, sehr klein und ohne Fenster bzw. Badabzug.
