beachfront, east access from train station, pool with adult only hours, awesome breakfast, friendly staff
thin walls, loud everywhere, no lunch or dinner but it was the off season when i stayed do it was ok. sucked you had to pay to use the spa, i imagine it would also book up in busy season.

Breakfast 10000000 points! Best ever in Rimini.
A part from the hall and the breakfast room everything needs some maintenence. The temperature of the pool was 3 degrees less than it was supposed to be. They said sorry but the next day was the same....

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for beach access. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The building itself was outdated. The elevator was slow and felt unsafe. The parking was difficult to manuvre in. There was one member of the breakfast staff that was extremely rude to my spouse and didn't want to talk to me about the issue, just avoided eye contact.
